Tool for Anxiety Disorders and Depression

Version 1.1 release notes – October 2023

The following changes have been applied: 

Assessment Module: 

  • More space was added to accommodate patients with an extensive problem list 
  • Hyperlink for Panic disorder severity scale, panic disorder severity scale self-report, social phobia inventory (spin) scale, Columbia suicide severity scale, and severity measure for Specific Phobia Scale were corrected 
  • BMI mapping has been updated to correct pull in the value 

Medication Module: 

  • Hyperlink for “RxFiles: Are Antidepressants Safe during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding?”, Side effects experienced, and safety plan were corrected 

Management Module: 

  • Hyperlink for Talk Suicide and Ontario Caregiver Organization for mental health support for caregivers was corrected 

Patient Resources & Care Plan Module: 

  • Corrected default option for PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to be “Select”
