Advise OHT members regarding options and availability of digital health solutions and assist leadership on setting priorities

Lend digital health expertise to the priority patient population working groups (e.g., supporting clinical workflow mapping) as requested by the OHT

Support the development of Primary Care Networks and help them achieve their key deliverables related to digital health and integrated care pathways
