Knowledge Translation and Evaluation Knowledge Translation and Evaluation is a key component of all programs led by the eHealth Centre of Excellence; evaluating evidence ensures that digital health technologies are enabling best practices and ultimately improving care delivery and patient outcomes. This team also supports other organizations with their own digital health evaluations.

Integrated Care Managers (Ontario) Our Integrated Care Managers have conducted a number of digital health environmental scans and possess a strong understanding of the gaps and the funding opportunities available, and we can help you to adopt the solutions that best support the integrated care pathways in your Ontario Health Team (OHT).

Patient privacy is important to us. The Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA, 2004) establishes a privacy framework for protecting personal health information in Ontario. Under the Act, the eHealth Centre of Excellence in its development, provision and/or deployment of various digital health programs and services, acts variously as a Service Provider/eService Provider to Participants, a Health Information Network Provider (HINP) and an agent of health information custodian (HIC) Participants.
