Program and Project Management

Although we are Ontario-based, our team has worked with provinces across Canada to help them meet their digital health goals. We have worked to help a variety of agencies and organizations establish sustainable programs, ensuring activities are set up and running smoothly, as well as supported many different projects with a wide range of needs.

Support with Evaluating Programs and Projects: Our Program Management Office includes support from our Knowledge Translation and Evaluation team to ensure your program or project is delivering real value

Current and past programs/projects that the eHealth Centre of Excellence has been involved with include, but are not limited to:

Co-leading the Ontario eServices Program: overseeing the deployment of eReferral and eConsult, supporting integrations across the healthcare system
Co-leading Evidence2Practice Ontario, collaborating with partners in primary care to develop and implement EMR-integrated decision support tools based on current best practices
Supporting change management and digital health adoption with organization partners across Canada
Establishment of eCE Automates division, project work with various partners and Ontario Health Teams
Delivery partner for the connecting South West Ontario (cSWO) Program (2014 - 2021)
Project leads for the VirtualCare program under the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) Enhanced Access to Primary Care Proof of Concept (2018 - 2021)
Patient-facing tablet program to assist primary care with delivering patient questionnaires (2018 - 2021)
Co-led project management for Navigator tool to support virtual COVID-19 assessments (2020 - 2021)
