Supporting Primary Care teams in digital health adoption
Hi everyone! I’m Meghan Brenner-Burgoyne and I’m the Manager of Change Management here at Amplify Care. I’m also a Registered Nurse, so I’m in the unique position of understanding firsthand the challenges primary care teams face when adopting new digital health tools as well as the tools that can be used to help face change. Change can be overwhelming, especially when resources are already stretched thin. That’s why having structured change management support is crucial – it ensures that technology works for you, not the other way around.
Change Management: A Core Pillar of Our Organization
Change management is one of the core pillars of Amplify Care, ensuring that digital health adoption is seamless, effective, and people centered. My background in healthcare allows me to approach change from the clinician’s perspective, focusing on real-world challenges and solutions that make a meaningful difference in daily practice.
Reducing Risk and Supporting Clinicians
I’ve seen how implementing digital solutions without structured support can lead to frustration, inefficiencies, and even burnout. Our Change Management and Adoption team at Amplify Care has over 10 years of experience helping clinicians integrate digital tools smoothly into their workflows while reducing administrative burden.
- We work one-on-one with teams to ensure digital tools fit seamlessly into daily practice.
- We focus on minimizing disruptions and stress, making technology adoption a positive experience.
- We help reduce administrative workload, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Ensuring a Sustainable Digital Health Transition
Sustainable adoption of digital health solutions requires more than just technical implementation, bur rather, tailored guidance and training to ensure clinicians feel confident and supported through the transition.
If your team is navigating digital health changes, we’re here to help. Let’s work together to make technology a valuable tool in delivering high-quality care while protecting staff well-being.
