Formerly eHealth Centre of Excellence, learn about the new brand
As part of our commitment to co-designing digital health solutions that address clinician workflows, Amplify Care launched an Ideal Primary Care Practice Model (IPCPM) initiative in July 2024. The plan was to host a series of webinars for one year and look for opportunities to address primary care topics that contribute to the administrative burden.
These webinars were a huge success and we’ve decided to continue them beyond the year commitment.
We believe that primary care practices can be transformed with the right tools and support. After some reflection, we’ve decided that we will continue our co-design journey by incorporating the learnings from our webinars into existing clinical projects.
